From tiny to medium size, non-metal or metallic surface, even in metal ( embed tag ) , indoor or outdoor harsh environment, Wontec offer a more precise tracking solution for each applications.
A variety way of installation could suitable for many shape of metal/non-metal base, e.g., metal embedded, wood surface and plastic object. Back adhesive can be selected for stronger-bonding tracking requirement.
DOT6 Tag
The micro dot tag comes with high frequency and ultra high frequency, which can reduce the extra space for RFID tagging on end user’s items. It can be read by any smart phone with NFC (short range) device or our ISO 15693 pen reader with custom head design.

In Metal Wedge Tag
The Wedge Tag 10mm is an embeddable tag that can be placed in a metal cavity. The ribs on the circular edge increase its friction with the hole surface and prevent it from falling out. Therefore, it does not need any type of glue for fixing. It is easy to install by hammer tool.

Bolt Tag
Metal compatible. Since the tag is sealed in the bolt with anti-high temperature epoxy, it has excellent toughness. The standard size is M8 and M12, but other sizes are available. Since it is fixed by tightening it with a screw, it is suitable for tracking large equipment for factory management.

Anti-Rust Bolt Tag
With an RFID tag mounted into the bolt head, the installation is simply screwing it into metal. It is Flange Bolt/ Hex Drive/ M12x1.75 Metric Coarse/ Material Grade 10.9.
